Joyful Motion is an in-network provider with Tricare Military, United Healthcare, Step Up for Students, and CMS. We are currently negotiating with Blue Cross Blue Shield and possibly others.
Our services are very specialized, and we strive to accommodate every child in need of it. If we are the best fit for your child, administration will guide you through the insurance authorization process to enable your child to receive treatment from our experienced and proven successful therapists.
If your insurance is a PPO, we are willing to assist by dispersing your deductible payment. We have experience in guiding families through securing an “out-of-network” “gap extension” based on the specialty of our services. Administration reviews each case individually to determine what works best for each child. If you are concerned about your insurance not covering our services, the office can provide you with information on how to best investigate options for your child. We can also help you analyze the cost to attend our office at an out of network rate compared to other in-network offices.
In addition to researching your insurance coverage, we also provide competitive cash pay rates based on a treatment time of 60 minutes. When comparing clinics, ask about experience of therapists, as well as the length of each treatment. Scholarships may be available for certain diagnoses.
